Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so a reinstall or a new device recovers them without paying again. If it still says Free afterwards, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
Cancelling is handled by Apple, not by us: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Norra → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Norra reads photos on our server, so it needs a connection. If you are online and it still fails, force-quit the app and try once more. If it persists, it is our problem rather than yours — tell us and we will look at the logs.
Open the You tab → Delete my account. That removes your account and the data held against it, immediately and without asking us. Your food log lives on the device, so deleting the app removes that with it. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
